360 Degree Review
To provide feedback from stakeholders on leadership strengths and growth opportunities to help establish coaching goals. Pre and post coaching 360 reviews can help to identify true growth and return on coaching investment. The assessment can be conducted via survey or by conducting 30 min interviews with each stakeholder. Feedback provided will focus on consistent patterns. Hogan Insight Personality Assessment Used to evaluate personality to gain insight into one's self and to help set coaching goals for career fulfillment and advancement. MVPI: Describes core values, goals and interests. HPI: A measure of personality that describes workplace performance. HDS: Evaluates interpersonal behavior that can derail careers. Evaluation Interview Used to help uncover motivations, development opportunities and fit for a role as part of a recruiting process. Can also be used to help identify a fulfilling career path and areas of development to drive career advancement. Work/Life Values To help identify the values that matter most to chose and achieve a fulfilling and successful career. CPI Suite The CPI 260 for Leaders enables leaders to identify strengths and blind spots and identify target areas to increase their leadership effectiveness. Provides results in performance areas of Self-Management, Team Building and Teamwork, Organizational Capabilities, Problem Solving, and Sustaining The Vision. Strong Interest Inventory Used to uncover a multitude of career interests down to day to day work tasks that can help choose or modify a career that matches one's interests and preferred way of working. Standard MBTI Used to provide insight on personality characteristics that can be used to help identify fulfilling careers and lifestyle as well as a tool to help teams understand each other as individuals and the power of diverse personality types. MBTI Personal Impact Report Used to guide leaders on their personal style and development needs in the following areas: Work, Communication, Team, Decision Making, Leadership, Conflict, Reaction to Stress and Approach to Change. DISC (Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness, Steadiness) Used to improve productivity, teamwork, leadership, sales, and communication.
